Free Remembrance Day travel
Free travel on Potteries buses for any person wearing a uniform or shows an identity card associated with the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force and any cadet force.
On Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th November we will be offering FREE bus travel to serving personnel in uniform as well as veterans and cadets who are attending commemorative Remembrance Sunday events across the city.
To qualify for FREE travel, personnel should either be travelling in military uniform or produce a current Ministry of Defence issued identity card, with their branch of the military stated (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy or cadet force).
This is an important day for many people who want to remember family, friends and others who have been lost in military service.
We want to make bus travel to and from the scheduled events around the city as easy as possible for people who are attending, and we can play a part in supporting and remembering those lost in military service past and present.
