Travel Alerts
A47, between Easton & Dereham (Excel A)
Due to National Highways vegetation clearance, the A47 will be closed between Honingham Roundabout & Toftwood Interchange from Monday 6th January to Friday 10th January. These will be evening closures between 20:00 & 06:00 only - daytime services will be unaffected.
During this time, our services will operate via Mattishall Road - which unfortunately means they will be unable to serve Hockering.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Street, Starston (Purple 36A/36B)
Due to repairs taking place to Starston Bridge, it will be closed continuously from Monday 6th January to Friday 17th January.
This will affect our Purple Line 36A/36B services, which will need to operate via Station Road, South Green & Rushall Road. As a result, we will be able to maintain service to the Pulhams - but will unfortunately not be able to serve Starston.
There will be revised stopping points in Pulham St Mary to enable us to follow this diversion route. The stops listed below will be the only stops served. All others will be suspended for the duration of these works.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope that our ability to continue serving the Pulhams will minimise the impact of these essential works.
Longwater Lane, Old Costessey (Red 23A/24B & 31)
Due to further Cadent gas works taking place on Longwater Lane in Old Costssey from Monday 6th January to Friday 24th January, our Red Line 23A/24B will need to operate up Norwich Road as far as Kabin Road - and will then run non-stop from there to Roundwell Medical Centre via Norwich Road & Dereham Road. Services towards the city will follow the above diversion in reverse.
Service 31 will operate the above diversion, but turn around using Richmond Road, East Hills Road & Longwater Lane to maintain a service to Roundwell Medical Centre stops.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this cause, as Old Costessey will once again lose all bus services.
Colney Lane, Cringleford (Pink 11/11A/12)
Due to improvement works taking place to the main hospital roundabout, the arm towards Cringleford will be closed continuously from Monday 6th January to Saturday 25th January.
As a result, our Pink Line 11/11A/12 services will only be able to serve Cringleford Interchange before then operating directly to the Hospital via Thickthorn Interchange, the A47 & Old Watton Road.
As a result, we will not be able to serve Cringleford Heights for the duration of this closure. Any customers intending to travel from here are advised to head to the Hospital or Cringleford Interchange to pick up their service.
We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause to your journey.

Magdalen Road delays (Pink/Orange)
Due to the traffic displaced by a road closure on Waterloo Road, we are experiencing higher than normal levels of congestion around Magdalen Road/Anglia Square. This road closure/scheme will be in place until mid-March, however we are hoping for less congestion after Christmas.
Our Pink & Orange Line services are most impacted by this, with services around peak times operating up to 20 minutes behind schedule.
Download our app to live track your bus, for the most up-to-date travel information during these unpredictable delays.
Our operations team will continue trying to mitigate the delays caused by these works, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
