Service 73 will drop passengers off by the green on Whitchurch Lane just past Belland Drive.

Service 73 will commence its journey at the Dakota Drive bus stop on Whitchurch Lane just past Belland Drive at the normal departure time.

Service SB3 will pick up passengers off by the green on Whitchurch Lane just past Belland Drive

First Bus ‘roars’ into Colchester Zoo’s Christmas ad

If you’ve seen Colchester Zoo’s Christmas advert ‘Tiger Spirit’, you may have spotted First Bus’ colourful Zoo bus playing a starring role.

The advert follows the story of a young girl and her quest to find the courage to make friends.

After she hears a tiger growl, her parents take her to Colchester Zoo on the number 75 bus service expertly driven by one of Santa’s elves, where she enjoys Christmas with her family.

All Colchester North Station bound services

North Station Road will be closed to traffic from 11th December - 13th December between 20:00 - 05:00

During this closure all services heading to and from Colchester North Station will be diverted:

Towards North Station - From Middleborough, Westway (A134), Colne Bank (A133) and return to line of route.

Towards City Centre - From The Albert roundabout, Westway (A134), Middleborough and return to line of route.

Due to the St Andrews Parade, 25th November from 11:30-12:30, there will be various road closures.

At King Street/West North Street light, left into East North Street then:
• 3rd exit into Virginia Street
• continue into Guild Street
• left onto South College Street
• right into Wellington Place
• left into Holburn Street and resume normal route.
