You may have noticed that for the last couple of days the mTickets App has been working well, and our customers have reported far fewer user experience problems with it. So we really wanted to say thank you for supporting us over this difficult period.
Have you updated yet?
Our mTickets App update has now been made available to all users. Thank you to everyone who’s updated it on their phones so far. Your phone may have updated it automatically, and if you go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and find that there’s no update available, that means you’re on the latest version.
If there is a new version there, please update.
Our advice to you
For the time being, we continue to ask all our valued customers to buy tickets outside of peak hours where possible, and to activate the ticket in airplane mode just before you board the bus.
