For on bus transactions using Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless bank cards, please follow the below steps:Click the Contactless refund button below, this will take you to our Little Pay contactless portal and can be used for both contactless tickets or Tap On Tap Off refunds.

  • Click verify card, and enter your name and card details you used when making your purchase.
  • If this card has been used it will show you a list of transactions that card has made.
  • Please select the transaction you wish to have refunded by clicking the refund button for this transaction.
  • Please then fill out the comments box with the reason you are requesting a refund and the amount you believe should be refunded.
  • Once our customer service team have reviewed, you can log back into the portal using the above steps to review your request, which will show as Settled if refunded.
     

Please note, your transactions may be grouped with other trips from the same day/week depending on the fares offered in your region. You can still request transaction refunds, but they may display differently than non-capped transactions.

Tickets that have been paid with cash onboard are usually non-refundable, however if you are having any issues, we’d advise to speak to the driver as soon as possible after buying it.
