The M8 J26-27 (westbound) will be closed from 20:00 on Wednesday the 16th of April until 06:00 on Thursday the 17th of April due to motorway works.

The M8 J26-27 (eastbound) will then be closed from 20:00 on Thursday the 17th of April until 06:00 on Friday the 18th.

During the closure, the following diversions will be in operation:

Service 500 towards Glasgow Airport:                        

Normal route to M8 J26 West Bound and take off slip to Hillington Road, Glasgow Road, Glebe Street, Paisley Road, Renfrew Road then on slip for M8 J27 towards Airport.

Service 500 towards Buchanan Bus Station:

Normal route from airport to M8, Hillington Road, Renfrew Road, Shieldhall Road, Helen Street and take M8 on slip East Bound back to the normal route.
