Ensignbus sells First Essex Basildon Outer and All Essex Day tickets from 20th March 2023

From Monday 20th March 2023, Ensignbus will sell the First Basildon Outer and All Essex Zone Adult and Child Day tickets on their buses throughout the Ensign local Thurrock network (except Z2 & X80 services). 

This provides customers a further simplified ticketing option, with just one ticket needed for travelling from parts of the Thurrock area served by Ensign such as Aveley, Chadwell St Mary, Purfleet, Little Thurrock, Stifford Clays and Tilbury to connect onto the wider First Essex network at Lakeside, Grays and Socketts Heath without having to buy another ticket.

Passengers will be able to buy tickets with contactless or cash.

The Basildon Outer and All Essex tickets issued on the Ensign network will scan on the First Essex buses in the relevant zones.
