The Christmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promoter of this prize draw is First Essex Buses Limited, Westway, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3AR. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. These Terms and Conditions are subject to any other applicable terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Promoter. By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
3. The prize draw is free to enter upon signing up to the Promoter email database for offers & updates at Big Christmas Giveaway | First Bus. By submitting the form on the website with your chosen prize and required contact details, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
4. The competition runs from Thursday 12th December to Tuesday 17th December, lasting 6 days. To keep you informed, we’ll be sending email updates and sharing promotion on social media. No double entries will be accepted. Each participant may submit the form only once.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
6. Each day between Thursday 12th December 2024 and Tuesday 17th December 2024, 1 winner will be chosen by a random draw. After the closing date, one winner will be chosen by random draw per prize available. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these terms and conditions may not be accepted.
7. Each winner will receive one of their chosen prizes, as indicated on the form.
1st Day (12th December): 4 tickets to Cineworld and 4 Wagamamas main meal.
2nd Day (13th December): A family ticket to Colchester Zoo (2 adults, 2 children).
3rd Day (14th December): A 12-month multi-site membership of Chelmsford Leisure Centres.
4th Day (15th December): A family swim pass at Leisure World’s Leisure Pool.
5th Day (16th December): A First Bus Essex monthly bus pass.
6th Day (17th December): A family ticket to Colchester Castle.
In order to distribute the prizes, the winners' full name and email address will be shared with the prize providers.

Leisure Centres Terms & Conditions:
1x 12 Month Multi-site Membership of our Leisure Centres – providing unlimited use of our Swimming Pools, Ice Rink, State of the art Gyms and access to over 150 exercise classes per week.
Includes use of the following centres:
• Riverside Leisure Centre
• Chelmsford Sport & Athletics Centre
• South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre
• Dovedale Sports Centre
Key Terms
- Must be over 16 to qualify
- Subject to satisfactory completion of medical questionnaire
- Facilities subject to availability
Leisure World Terms and Conditions:
• No cash value or exchange for cash
• Voucher expiry after 6 months
• Bookings subject to availability
• Normal terms of conditions of use of centre and facilities apply
Colchester Castle Terms and Conditions:
• No cash value or exchange for cash
• Voucher expiry after 6 months
• Voucher canot be used against school or group visits
• Normal terms and conditions apply
8. All winners will be notified by email using details provided at entry before Tuesday 24th December 2024. If a winner does not respond or the Promotor is unable to contact the winner having made reasonable efforts, within five days of this date, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. The Promoter shall not be responsible for and shall not cover nor insure any entrants and winner(s) and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the prize draw in any way.
15. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
