How to redeem your ticket discount:

1. DOWNLOAD the First Bus App from your app store.

2. HEAD TO the ‘Tickets’ tab, then ‘Buy’ and select your area as ‘York’.

3. CHOOSE the FirstDay Adult ticket and go to checkout.

4. SIGN IN to your account or ‘Create account’ if you haven’t previously.

5. CLICK ‘Add a voucher or promo code’.

6. ENTER your code and click ‘Apply code’ - this takes you back to the previous screen, where the ‘Total’ should now reflect your 50% discount.

7. CHOOSE your payment method and pay and your ticket will be issued in ‘Wallet’.

8. ACTIVATE your ticket in your wallet when ready to travel.

9. SCAN your ticket as you board the bus.
