Services
Age UK York provide a wide range of services to help older people in the local area including:
- Activities for people living with dementia and their carers (in conjunction with The Alzheimer's Society)
- Information sessions to help you do more online with Digital Buddies
- Providing people with short term support to care for their pets
- A hospital services scheme to support you when leaving hospital
- Daily personal care in your home with short and long term support
- Day clubs to meet other people aged 55 and over
- Helping to re-engage people in their community
- Providing companionship and support to older people

Concessionary Travel
