Here at First Bus, we pride ourselves on listening to our customers. After we implemented our service changes in September across South Yorkshire, we asked for your questions. We then sat with our network team and they answered each individual question. We always welcome feedback on our services, and strive to create a network that works for everyone in the region. The feedback we receive is always looked into and taken into consideration for any future changes.
