Services 21 & 21A.: Bridgwater Carnival and Fireworks

Bridgwater Carnival and Fireworks will be taking place on the Saturday the 4th of November between the hours of 16:00 and 01:00 closing off a number of roads.

This will affect services 21 & 21A.

The following will apply for the duration of the closure.

During the day, in Bridgwater, Normal Service up until 16.00hr

After 16.00 will use the M5, Junctions 23,24, and Bristol Road.

Taunton to Burnham

Buses will use Junction 24 to come off at Junction 23. They will then turn left off the slip road,  and take the first exit at roundabout, follow A38 to roundabout at Express Park (second Roundabout). They will then go around this roundabout and drop passengers in the Lay by. From here they will pck up their normal line of route.

Burnham to Taunton

Buses will use the roundabout at Express Park, go around this roundabout and drop passengers in the Lay by. They will then go use Junction 23 onto the M5 to Junction 24, and take the third exit towards North Petherton, exit left, and then follow the normal line of route.
