Service 29: Burrowbridge

From Tuesday the 18th of April to Thursday the 20th of April, 18:00 to 07:00 the A361 will be closed at Burrowbridge. due to National Grid Works.

This will affect service 29.

Buses will divert as follows:

Towards Glastonbury

From Creech Heathfield, buses will divert LEFT along the A361 to Walford Cross and then RIGHT onto the A38 to Bridgwater. They will then turn RIGHT onto Broadway in Bridgwater and RIGHT after the river bridge, and then immediately LEFT following signs for the Railway Station. Then they will turn RIGHT onto the A372 (Westonzoyland Road). On arriving at Othery, buses will turn RIGHT before the Bakery onto North Lane, then LEFT at the junction where they will resume their normal line of route on the High Street towards Glastonbury.

Towards Taunton

Buses will follow the above route in reverse and turn right onto Broadway and left onto Bath Road due to the closure of St John Street.

Please note that NO buses will be able to serve stops between Durston and Othery.
