Due to Christmas at Lee taking place on the times and dates above. Lee on the Solent, High Street will be closed to all traffic and therefore we will be unable to serve Lee on the Solent, High Street.

Towards Gosport

Diverting vial Milvil Road, Grove Road, Russell Road then back onto normal route.

Towards Fareham

Diverting via Russell Road, High Street, Beach Road, Marine Parade E then back onto normal route.

Service 8 - Drift Road, Cowplain

27th November 2024 PM – 16th December 2024 at all times

Drift Road closed due to Gas works.

Service diverting via Downwood Way, Hawthorn Road, Tarn Rise, Southdown Road and White Dirt Lane, round roundabout, White Dirt Lane, services to begin and terminate on Draycote Road.

Temporary Stop Closure, Greenaway Lane, Warsash. Route X5.
Towards Locks Heath, Fareham and on to Portsmouth.
0930 Monday 25th until 1530 Wednesday November.

Due to road works, the above stop will be closed.

Passengers are advised to us the temporary stops provided by the works contractor.

City Centre South​, Commercial Road, Portsmouth​​

From​​ 27/11/2023 part evening 1900 - 2000​

​​Due to the Commercial road being closed for one hour, services will divert via Stanhope Road.​

Services 3,8​, heading towards The Hard​, turn RIGHT onto Bishop Crispian Way and serve the P+R bus stop.​

Services 1,2, heading towards The Hard via Stanhope Road and turn LEFT onto Bishop Crispian Way and serve P+R bus stop.​

Services 1, heading towards South Parade Pier and Service 7​:

Service 1, at the end of Bishop Crispian Way, turn RIGHT onto Stanhope Road.

Service 7, use Unicorn Road and Stanhope Road in both directions.​

Stubbington Village will be closed to all traffic from 16:00 until 18:00 on Saturday the 30th of November due to the Village Christmas Light Switch-On.

Services will be unable to serve the village at this time and customers are advised the following:

Service 5:

Passengers are advised to use the stops at Bells Lane during these times.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused at this time, services will resume normal routing after 18:00.

Festing Road is closed until further notice from the 11th of November until the 31st of December due to ongoing road works. The following diversions are in place:

Services 1 towards South Parade Pier​:

Diverting via Eastney Road, Cromwell Road, St Georges Road and Eastern Parade back onto the normal route. TEMPORARY STOP IN CROMWELL ROAD

Services 1 towards Milton Park​:

Diverting after serving Canoe Lake Bus Stop, via Eastern Parade, St Georges Road, Cromwell Road and Eastney Road back onto the normal route.​ TEMPORARY STOP IN CROMWELL ROAD

As soon as the junction at the Festing Hotel is open we will return to normal route.

Service 2 - Eastney Road, Portsmouth Closure

Eastney Road, Portsmouth will be closed for road works on 27th and 28th November,OVERNIGHT ONLY  20:00 - 05:00. Service 2  towards St Mary's Hospital only will be diverted as follows:

Goldsmith Avenue, Priory Crescent and Milton Road.

Route Diversion, Routes X4 and X5
City Centre, Monday 4th November for up to 7 Weeks.

Due to the Christmas Fair and road closures in Southampton City Centre, routes X4 and X5 will not be able to serve the stops at:
Marlands Centre,  WestQuay, Castle Way, or Holyrood Church towards Woolston, Locks Heath, Fareham and Portsmouth.
Passengers are advised to use the alternative stops at either:

Houndwell Park, Queensway (old Debenhams Store) or the Oxford Street stop.
Services towards Southampton Central Station are unaffected and will remain on normal route.

Passengers area advised to check back regularly for updates on the diversion.

E1, E2, 5, 9/9A, and 11.

From Monday 28th October,

Passengers will be able to board the bus at the new stop in North Cross Street.

Passengers for route 11 please be aware that;
both Alverstoke and Fareham services depart from this location, please check the destination screen on your approaching bus.

Drift Road in Clanfield will be closed for gas works between the 28th October and 29th November 2024. Service 8 will divert around the loop at Clanfield in the opposite direction as far as the roundabout at Drift Road. The bus will then do a U turn at this roundabout and pick up it's normal route towards Portsmouth at Draycote Road. Temporary bus stops will be placed northbound on Tarn Rise, Downwood Way and White Dirt Lane. Bus stops on London Road and Drift Road will not be served. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by these works which are out of our control and may change at short notice.
