On Saturday 13 August the Portsea Carnival will take place in the Queen Street area of Portsmouth. The roads will stay open, but a rolling road block will be in place between
13:00 and 14:00 between St Georges Square and HMS Nelson in Queens Street.
Please expect delays up to 20 minutes in this area as the Carnival moves through.
