Service S1/87 | Colchester Road, Wivenhoe | Road closure
Colchester Road, Wivenhoe is closed for roadworks from 08:00 on Monday 13th January to 18:00 on Wednesday 15th January 2025.
Due to the location of the road closure the S1 and 87 services will be placed on diversion:
S1
Service S1 will divert in both directions via Colchester Road, Brightlingsea Road, Colchester Main Road, Station Road, Wivenhoe Road, Alresford Road, Rectory Hill and Belle Vue Road.
The following bus stops will not be served:
- The Flag
- Heath Road
- Wivenhoe Cross
- Rosabelle Avenue
- Wivenhoe Co-op
87
Service 87 will divert in both directions via Colchester Road, Brightlingsea Road, Colchester Main Road and Station Road.

Service C9 | Victoria Road/New Street, Chelmsford | OVERNIGHT road closures
Victoria Road/New Street, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from Thursday 9th January to Tuesday 14th January 2025.
The road is to be closed from 20:00hrs and is to re-open from 05:00hrs the next morning.
Due to the location of the road closure the C9 service will divert in both directions via Duke Street, Broomfield Road and Rectory Lane.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
- Chelmsford Station (on Victoria Road)
- YMCA

Service 370 | Fenn Road, Halstead | Road closure
A section of Fenn Road, Halstead will be closed for roadworks from Thursday 9th January to Friday 24th January 2025.
Due to the location of the roadworks the 370 service will divert via Butler Road and terminate/recommence at Butler Road Car Park.
The following bus stops will not be served:
- High Street
- Greenwood School
- Bois Hall Gardens
- Ramsey School
- Coggeshall Way
- Fenn Road
- Courtauld Playing Fields
- Nether Court
- Pretoria Rd

Service 300 | Stock Road (B1008), Billericay | OVERNIGHT road closures
Stock Road (B1008), Billericay will be closed for overnight roadworks from Wednesday 15th January to Friday 17th January 2025.
The road is to be closed from 20:00hrs and is to re-open from 05:00hrs the next morning.
Due to the location of the road closure the 300 service will divert in both directions via A129, A1023 and A12. Chelmsford Bus Station will not be served.
- Journeys will terminate at Chelmsford Retail Market (Stop 1) bus stop.
- Journeys will recommence at Chelmsford Cathedral (Stop Cc) bus stop.

Service 102/104 | Bradfield Road, Wix | Road closure
Updated: 09/01/2025 - Roadworks completed and rebooked 15/01/2025.
Bradfield Road, Wix is closed for roadworks on Wednesday 15th January 2025. The road is to be closed from 08:00hrs and is to re-open from 18:00hrs same day.
Due to the location of the road closure the 102/104 services will divert in both directions via Steam Mill Road, Clacton Road, A120 and Colchester Road.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

- The Village Maid

Wycke Hill (A414), Maldon is closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 6th January to Saturday 22nd February 2025.
The road is to be closed from 19:00hrs and is to re-open from 06:00hrs the next morning.
Due to the location of the road closure the 31/331/332 services will divert in both directions via B1010, Baron's Lane and Fambridge Road.

Services C9/C10 | White Hart Lane, Chelmsford | OVERNIGHT road closures
A section of White Hart Lane, Chelmsford is closed for overnight roadworks from Monday 6th January to Saturday 29th March 2025.
The road is to be closed from 19:00hrs and is to re-open from 05:00hrs the next morning.
Due to the location of the road closure the C9 and C10 services will be placed on diversion:
C9
Towards Beaulieu Park:
Service C9 will divert via Essex Regiment Way, serve bus stops on Regiment Gate and continue diversion via Regiment Gate and Centenary Way before recommencing normal line of route on Armistice Avenue.
Towards Chelmsford City Centre:
Service C9 will divert after serving bus stops on Regiment Gate and Armistice Avenue before diverting via Centenary Way (north-bound direction), Regiment Gate and Essex Regiment Way before returning to normal line of route.
The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:
- William Porter
- Centenary Way
- Goldenacres*
- Daffodil Way
- Mountbatten Way**
- Blacksmith Close***
- * Service C11 will serve Goldenacres bus stop.
- ** Service C10 will serve Mountbatten Way bus stops in both directions.
- *** Service C10 will serve Blacksmith Close (towards Channels only).
C10
Service C10 will divert in both directions via Essex Regiment Way and Regiment Gate. The following bus stops will not be served in both directions:

Service Changes from Sunday 5th January 2025
From Sunday 5th January 2025, we will be introducing changes to services across our Essex network.

Harlow Temporary Bus Station from Sunday 1st December 2024
Harlow Bus Station will be closing on Saturday 30th November 2024 due to the next step in the redevelopment of Harlow Town Centre.
From Sunday 1st December 2024, a temporary bus station will be opened at Post Office Road car park.

For punctuality - the Monday–Friday departures 17:10 and 18:10 from Old Harlow will not serve Princess Alexandra Hospital and will instead terminate at Harlow Bus Station. Service 417 – departing Harlow Bus Station will divert and serve Princess Alexandra Hospital. |
