The Maldon Carnival returns on Saturday 3rd August 2024. Fambridge Road, High Street and Mill Road will be closed to traffic, on-and-off throughout the day, whilst the event takes place.

Due to the location and timings of the road closures - the 31, 331 and 75 services will be placed on diversion:

Services 31 and 331 - Between 14:15hrs and 15:00hrs

NO bus stops will be served on Wycke Hill, Spital Road, High Street, Mill Road and Mundon Road (Bus stops: Cups Corner and Mundon Road only).

The 31 and 331 services will divert, in both directions, via Limebrook Way, Fambridge Road, Milton Road, Masefield Road and Shakespeare Drive.

Services 31 and 331 - Between 15:25hrs and 16:30hrs

Towards Burnham-on-Crouch: the 31 and 331 services will divert (after serving Prom Gates bus stop) via Park Drive, Limebrook Way, Fambridge Road, Milton Road, Masefield Road and Shakespeare Road before returning to normal line of route on Mundon Road. The following bus stops will not be served: Lower Plume School, Cups Corner, Mundon Road and ALL bus stops on diversion route.

Towards Chelmsford: the 31 and 331 services will divert (after serving Park Drive bus stop), via Mundon Road, Shakespeare Road, Masefield Road, Milton Road, Fambridge Road, Limebrook Way and Park Drive before returning to normal line of route on High Street. The following bus stops will not be served: ALL bus stops on diversion route, Mundon Road, Cups Corner and Lower Plume School.

Service 75 - Between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs

The following 75 journeys will terminate/recommence at Tesco Store (Maldon) bus stop:

Service 25 | Rayleigh Christmas Lights Switch-On | EVENT

Rayleigh Christmas Lights Switch-On returns on Thursday 28th November 2024.

Rayleigh High Street will be closed to traffic, for the majority of the day.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 25 service (towards Southend-on-Sea only) will divert via the A129 and Eastwood Road (A1015).

Harlow Temporary Bus Station from Sunday 1st December 2024

Harlow Bus Station will be closing on Saturday 30th November 2024 due to the next step in the redevelopment of Harlow Town Centre.

From Sunday 1st December 2024, a temporary bus station will be opened at Post Office Road car park.

However, some journeys will depart a few minutes earlier than they do currently. For punctuality - the Monday–Friday departures 17:10 and 18:10 from Old Harlow will not serve Princess Alexandra Hospital and will instead terminate at Harlow Bus Station. Service 417 – departing Harlow Bus Station will divert and serve Princess Alexandra Hospital.
