NEW TICKET: Southend + Route 68 Day ticket from Saturday 1st April 2023

Ensignbus Open top bus Route 68 (Southend Pier to Leigh on Sea) seaside service will return on Saturday 1st April 2023.

First Essex Buses have introduced a NEW Southend + Route 68 Day ticket that offers unlimited same day bus travel on our X30 service and all First Essex Bus services within the Southend  Metro Zone and travel on Ensignbus open top bus route 68.

NEW Day Ticket Prices:

Child £6

Adult £10

The ticket can be used on any of the following Southend First Essex services

Route 3 (Chelmsford to Southend)

Route 20 (Southend to Hullbridge)

Route 21 (Southend to Canvey Island)

Route 25 (Basildon to Southend)

Route 27 (Southend to Canvey Island)

Route 28 (Southend to Basildon)

Airlink Service X30

Passengers will be able to buy tickets with contactless or cash (on bus) on service X30 or any bus in the Southend Metro Zone or via the First Bus App.

This new ticket will provide the best value ticket option to explore Southend and allowing them to enjoy the scenic views on the open top bus too.
