Airlink Services - Simpler & faster from Sunday 2nd June 2024

We’re thrilled to announce major improvements to our Airlink services starting 2nd June 2024, making it easier and faster to travel between Essex communities and Stansted Airport.

Here’s how we’re enhancing your journey:

Increased Service Frequency – With increased frequency of the X30 service from Southend, there are now three buses every hour on Mondays to Saturdays during the day connecting Chelmsford with Stansted, giving you more flexibility and convenience. The Chelmsford Army & Navy stops on Parkway are now also served by the X10 and X30, for additional convenience. 

Faster Journeys – Reach your destination quicker than ever before! Our improved routes and timetables mean you spend less time travelling and more time enjoying your trip.

Direct Hospital Links Hourly – The X30 will directly link Southend Hospital with Broomfield Hospital every hour during the day, making healthcare access simpler.

With the continuation of the Government’s £2 single fare cap, getting to the airport by bus is budget-friendly, saving you money for the things that matter.

Our Airlink services continue to connect the following areas:

X10 – Basildon, Wickford, Chelmsford, Stansted Airport

X20 – Colchester, Braintree, Great Dunmow, Stansted Airport

X30 – Southend, Rayleigh, Chelmsford, Stansted Airport – now every 30 minutes, plus Southend Airport and Great Dunmow hourly
