First Essex operates the 320 bus service (part of the X20 Airlink) which travels through Coggeshall; a convenient route for students travelling from Braintree to and from school.

Service 320 (part of the X20 Airlink) - Braintree to Coggeshall

Annual:

Valid 3rd September 2024 to 18th July 2025; providing travel on Service 320 (part of the X20 Airlink) between Braintree and Coggeshall (Monday to Friday). *Please note. you will receive one ticket which will be valid for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Term:

Autumn Term: 3rd September 2024 to 20th December 2024

Spring Term: 6th January 2025 to 4th April 2025

Summer Term: 22nd April 2025 to 18th July 2025

All prices exclude staff inset days, bank holidays, half-term breaks and school holidays.

If a student travels without a valid bus pass they will be asked to pay the on-bus fare with cash.

Service 20 | Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh | Road closure

Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh is closed for roadworks from Wednesday 6th November to Saturday 9th November 2024.

Service 20 will commence/terminate journeys at Rayleigh Railway Station and will not serve Hullbridge.

A temporary shuttle service is currently operating between Hullbridge and Rayleigh Train Station and will serve the following bus stops: Railway Station, The Travellers Joy, Cheapside East, Deepdene Avenue, Brooklyn Drive, Hullbridge Road, Rawreth Lane, Lubards Farm, Goldsmith Drive, High Elms Park, Coventry Corner, High Elms Road, Ambleside Gardens, Riverside School and The Anchor.

Service S6 | Hazell Avenue, Colchester | Bus Stop Suspension

The terminus bus stop Hazell Avenue (North-bound) is closed for roadworks, and will not be served by the S9 service, from Friday 1st November to Wednesday 13th November 2024.

Passengers will be able to board/disembark the service at the bus stop located on the opposite side of the road opp Hazell Avenue.

Service 87 | Bellfield Avenue, Brightlingsea | Road closure

Bellfield Avenue, Brightlingsea is closed for roadworks from Monday 28th October to Friday 20th December 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure the 87 service will divert via Red Barn Road and Bell Green.

Service 570 | Station Road, Little Dunmow | Road closure

A section of Station Road, Little Dunmow will be closed for works from Thursday 12th September to Friday 15th November 2024.

Due to the location of the road closure, the 570 service will be placed on diversion:

Towards Colchester

Service 570 will divert, after serving Homelye Chase bus stop, via Braintree Road/Dunmow Road (B1256), Braintree Road (B1417) and Station Road before turning onto Tanton Road, Flitch Green. Passengers can board the bus on Tanton Road, Flitch Green. The bus will then continue journey back towards Felsted.

The next bus stop will be Mill Road bus stop.

Towards Great Dunmow

Service 570 will divert, after serving Mill Road bus stop, via Tanton Road, Flitch Green. Passengers can disembark the bus on Tanton Road, Flitch Green. The bus will continue journey back towards Felsted.

The next bus stop will be Homelye Chase bus stop.

The following bus stops will not be served (in both directions):
