Night time closure ONLY of Westerhall Road at 20:00 > 06:00hrs on:

Thursday 8th Septemeber > Tuesday 13th September 2022.

This will affect our services 2, 4, 10, X51 & X54.

We will be unable to serve any of the following stops:

All outbound stops from Hotel Prince Regent > Morrisons.

All inbound stops from Morrisons > Lennox Street.

Greenhill outbound & inbound.

Melcombe Avenue inbound.

Buses travelling at this time of night will take the following diversions:

Service 4 outbound

Bus leaves K1 & turns left at traffic lights on to King Street. Then crosses Swannery Bridge and turns right on to Weymouth Way. Then takes 4th exit at Chafey’s Roundabout continuing along the Weymouth Way. Then at Manor Roundabout takes the 3rd exit on to Dorchester Road. Then just after Tesco’s, the bus then turns left on to Fernhill Avenue, straight over the mini roundabout, then the 2nd exit at the next mini roundabout, on to Melcombe Avenue. Then left at the end of Melcombe Avenue on to Preston Road, continuing its route as normal towards Preston.

Service 4 & X54 inbound

Normal route to Sealife Centre. Bus then turns right on to Melcombe Avenue, then 2nd exit at mini roundabout on to Cranford Avenue, then straight across at next mini roundabout, then at the end of the road turns right on to Dorchester Road. Bus then continues along Dorchester Road until Manor Roundabout, where it takes the 1st exit and continues down along Weymouth Way (taking the 1st exit at Chafey’s Roundabout) until turning left on to Swannery Bridge. Bus then turns right on to Commercial Road, then left on to Westham Road, and then on to its relevant bus stop at The King’s Statue.

Service 2 outbound

Bus leaves K2 & turns left at traffic lights on to King Street. Then crosses Swannery Bridge and turns right on to Weymouth Way. Then takes 4th exit at Chafey’s Roundabout, continuing along the Weymouth Way. Then at Manor Roundabout takes the 3rd exit on to Dorchester Road. Then at the 2nd set of traffic lights turns left on to Mercery Road, then continues its route as normal towards Littlemoor.

Service 2 inbound

Normal route to Sainsburys (opposite Aldi). Bus then turns right at traffic lights on to Dorchester Road. Bus then continues along Dorchester Road until Manor Roundabout, where it takes the 1st exit and continues down along Weymouth Way (taking  the 1st exit at Chafey’s Roundabout) until turning left on to Swannery Bridge. Bus then turns right on to Commercial Road, then left on to Westham Road, and then on to K2 at The King’s Statue.

Service 10 outbound

Bus leaves K3 & turns left at traffic lights on to King Street. Then crosses Swannery Bridge and turns right on to Weymouth Way. Then takes 4th exit at Chafey’s Roundabout continuing along the Weymouth Way. Then at Manor Roundabout takes the 1st exit on to Dorchester Road. Then continues route as normal towards Dorchester.

Service 10 inbound

Normal route to Manor Road. Bus then takes the 3rd exit at Manor Roundabout and continues down along Weymouth Way (taking the 1st exit at Chafey’s Roundabout) until turning left on to Swannery Bridge. Bus then turns right on to Commercial Road, then left on to Westham Road, and then on to K3 at The King’s Statue.

Service X51 inbound

Normal route to Manor Roundabout. Bus then takes the 2nd exit at Manor Roundabout and continues down along Weymouth Way (taking the 1st exit at Chafey’s Roundabout) until turning left on to Swannery Bridge. Bus then turns right on to Commercial Road, then left on to Westham Road, and then on to relevant bus stop at The King’s Statue.
