From Sunday 1st September, we're making changes to improve the reliability of our services across West Yorkshire to help you get to where you need to be. Below is a summary of the changes for each area.

Leeds:

Services: Change:

  • New timetables for Mon-Fri afternoons will be introduced to better coordinate around school services.

47, 47A, 65 and 86

  • Timetable changes to improve reliability.

74 and 75

  • Circular Route: Services 74 & 75 will be linked to provide a complete circular route, with 74 operating clockwise and 75 anti-clockwise.
  • Timetable changes to improve reliability.
  • Frequency changes: The service between the City Centre, Hunslet, and Middleton will run every hour instead of every 30 minutes. The service between the City Centre, Beeston, White Rose, and Middleton will continue to run every 30 minutes.

Bradford:

  • Additional overnight journeys added on all days to create a 24 hour, 7 days a week timetable.

Halifax & Huddersfield:

  • Timetable changes to improve reliability.

521, 522 and 523

  • Timetable changes between 17:52 - 18:45 on Saturday evenings.
  • Some journeys will operate under a different service number instead running as 521s.

579 and C14

  • Timetable changes to improve reliability.
  • Due to parked car issues, the following changes have been made to the 579 routes:
  1. Sowerby route changes: Will no longer serve Pollit Avenue. It will follow the current route to St Peter’s Avenue, then go directly to Towngate and Rooley Heights, continuing via Stocks Lane and Sowerby New Road to loop back to Sowerby Bridge.
  2. King Cross route changes: Will reroute towards Halifax via Aachen Way and Queens Road, no longer serving bus stop 45023283 on King Cross Road.
  • Due to A629 roadworks, the C14 morning journeys will now run to Halifax Bus Station and be retimed.

  • Timetable changes to improve reliability and better separate from Transdev 587 journeys.
  • Due to parked car issues, the King Cross route changes and missed stop will also affect this service (details as above).

590

  • Will now operate only between Todmorden and Rochdale, running every 60 minutes during peak daytime hours.
591, 592 and 593
  • Due to parked car issues, the following change have been made to 591, 592 and 593 services:
  1. Kings Cross route change: Will reroute towards Halifax via Aachen Way and Queens Road, no longer serving bus stop 45023283 on King Cross Road.
  • When combined, these services (591, 592 and 593) will now run approximately every 15 minutes between Halifax and Hebden Bridge during during peak daytime hours.

592

  • Operating new Halifax to Burnley service via Todmorden Road, running every 60 minutes during peak daytime hours.
  • New route between Walk Mill and Burnley via Burnley Road and Todmorden Road.

593

  • Running every 30 minutes between Halifax and Hebden Bridge during peak daytime hours. ​​​​

323 and 324

  • The frequency of service 324 will increase to every 15 minutes from every 20 minutes.
  • Some early morning, evening, and Sunday daytime trips will be updated to run as 323’s. These will follow the same route as the 324, but with an added loop via Moor Lane, Coppice Drive, Falconers Ride, Hawkroyd Bank Road, and Moore Lane in Netherton.
