Due to the road closure at Bishport Avenue buses will be diverted to use route 76 Hareclive Rd route to Church road (indoor Skate park) then follow Grange Road onto Queens Road to pick up route at Four Acres.

This diversion will be in Both Directions until the works have been completed.

Regrettably Lampton Avenue, Hollisters Drive, Bishport Avenue, Crosscombe Drive, Fair Furlong and Newland Lane bus stops will not be served during the closure period and passengers are advised to pick up stops on Hareclive road.

Due to the severe disruption we have taken the decision to divert the service 6 to use Baytree Road and Locking Road to resume at Mead Vale missing out the High St.

Emergency Road Closure - Down Road, Portishead - (X4)

Due to emergency roadworks as a result of a power cut in Down Road service X4 is diverted to use the Cabstand, Nore Road, Down Road into Wetherly drive for back to normal route back towards the High St via West Hill and Avon Way.

Regrettably Combe Road, Downside, Rippleside, Channel View Road and Avon Way stops up the hill to Down Road will not be served during the closure- the Eastbound stops heading down the hill will be served with buses heading back to Bristol. Passengers who need Portishead top (Nore Rd/Down Road/Wetherly Drive) are advised to use Parish Wharf Stop near the Waitrose car park.

We have been informed that Abson Rd will be closed to traffic from the 11th of December and as such the St Brendans 6 bus will have to divert away from Bridgeyate and use the ring road and Shortwood Hill into Pucklechurch for the duration of the closure.

Road Closure-Portishead High St/Combe Road-(X4)

Due to a Christmas Fayre, Portishead High St and Combe Rd (part) will be closed to traffic for the afternoon and as such buses will be diverted away to use The Cabstand, Nore Road and West Hill for normal route at Down Road.

Passengers using West Hill are reminded that the bus will travel along Down Rd, Nore Road into Portishead and not using Avon Way during the closure Period.

Woodborough Road will be closed to facilitate a Christmas event and as such the last 126 services will be diverted away from Winscombe to use the A38 and A361 Churchill and Sandford.

Regrettably Belmont Road, The Chesnuts, Woodborough Drive, Moorham Road, Shipham Lane, Wimblestone Road and Quarry Road bus stops will not be served during the closure meaning the last buses of the evening will be diverted.

This also applies to additional stops The Triangle and Castle stop served by the 125 service that will not be served.
