So they are perfect if you need to change buses and go to an area served by a different bus. You can buy tickets from the driver and Bristol, Bath, Weston or Avon options are available in different locations. High Street, Hinton Charterhouse (B3110) - CLOSURE - (D2)
The High Street in Hinton Charterhouse will be closed to service D2 between 07:00 and 19:00 on Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th April and Wednesday 1st May to facilitate carriageway works.
Service D2 will be diverted from Bath Bus Station to resume normal route at the junction of the A36 and Frome Road. The service D2 will divert as the D2X between these points.
Regretfully all bus stops between and including St Marys Building and Chatley House on Frome Road and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Bath Bus Station or the Red Lion in Woolverton. All bus stops on the diversion route will be observed.
Please note this is the same diversion route as for the Frome Road closure which took place on 23rd to 25th April.

Princes Street, Yeovil - CLOSURE - (77)
Princes Street in Yeovil is currently closed to service 77 and will remain fully closed until Friday 24th May (estimated) to facilitate essential carriageway works.
Service 77 heading towards Yeovil Bus Station only will be diverted via Court Ash to resume normal route at Market Place.
Regretfully The Burrows bus stop will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at the bus stop in Court Ashe by the rank of shops.

Bus Stop disruption - Cumberland Road, Bristol (m2)
The Wapping Wharf stops on Cumberland Road, Bristol, served by metrobus service m2 are currently suspended, until the second week of May 2024. This is due to roadworks in the vicinity of the stop.
Temporary stops have been installed. Towards the City Centre, the temporary stop is before the roadworks and normal (suspended) stop. Towards Long Ashton Park & Ride, the temporary stop is situated just after the roadworks and normal (suspended) bus stop.

SS Great Britain stop towards Long Ashton Park & Ride is currently suspended, until June 2024. This is due to adjacent bridge works.
Unfortunately, there is no temporary stop in this location, and customers will need to use either the Wapping Wharf stop before or the Cumberland Basin stop after the SS Great Britain stop.
The SS Great Britain stop towards the City Centre is unaffected and buses are serving this stop as usual.
Stallard Street (part), Trowbridge - CLOSURE - (D1)
Stallard Street by Trinity Church bus stop will be closed to service D1 heading towards Bath only between 19:00 and 23:59 on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th and Monday 29th April (three evenings) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service D1 will be diverted and will be unable to serve the Trinity Church bus stop and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Town Bridge bus stop or Westbourne Gardens bus stop on Bradford Road.
Services from Bath will be operating normal route.

South Road, Weston-super-Mare - CLOSURE - (5)
South Road in Weston-super-Mare will be closed to service 5 from 07:00 on Monday 22nd April and will remain fully closed until 17:00 Friday 9th August (estimated) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 5 will be diverted from the end of St Josephs Road via Upper Church Road and Highbury Road to resume normal route on Atlantic Road.
Regretfully the Upper Church Road, Quarry, Holland House and Court Apartments bus stops will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the All Saints Church bus stop on St Josephs Road or the Highbury Road bus stop on Atlantic Road.

BUS STOP CLOSURE - Brislington Square (towards Bath) - (39, 349, 522 & X39)
The Brislington Square bus stop outside of Miss Millies heading towards Bath is currently closed to services 39, 349 , 522 and X39 until 17:30 on Tuesday 30th April.
Passengers are advised to board or alight at the Eagle Road or Flowers Hill bus stops.

Bell Hill Road, St George, CLOSURE - (41, 42 & 43)
Bell Hill Road will be closed to services 41, 42 and 43 between 07:00 and 23:59 on Sunday 28th April to facilitate carriageway works.
Services 41, 42 and 43 will be diverted from St George Fountain via Summerhill Road, Nags Head Hill and Kingsway to resume normal routes at Two Mile Hill in both directions.
Regretfully the bus stops between and including Orchard Road and Rodney Road will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Northcote Road bus stop on Church Road or the Two Mile Court bus stop on Two Mile Hill.
All bus stops on the diversion route will also be observed.

Newport Half Marathon - CLOSURES - (AZ2 & Newport Shuttle)
Various road in Newport Central area will be closed to services AZ2 and Newport Shuttle between 06:00 and 15:00 on Sunday 28th April to facilitate the Newport Half Marathon.
Services will operate as normal as far as junction 24 on the M4 then come off as normal but will then divert via the A48 then turn right into Nash Road to terminate at the Nash Drive bus stop, just after the roundabout by Dunelm and Aldi (map attached to assist - please see link below).
Services heading towards Bristol will then depart from the same bus stop at the same time that they would normally from their original commencing points via Somerton Road to resume normal route at the junction of Chepstow Road.
Passengers are advised to board at either the Nash Drive bus stop on Nash Road, Somerton Road, or the Acacia Avenue bus stop on Chepstow Road just after the junction of Somerton Road.

Service changes in the West of England from 7 April 2024
The below changes, which will see improvements to the overall bus network in the West of England, are part of a bi-annual review of routes, and will come into effect from Sunday 7 April.
For a number of services, the timetable & route will not change - please refer to the unaffected routes drop-down at the end of each area for these services.

** UPDATED ** - Hutton Village - EMERGENCY CLOSURE - (126)
Hutton Hill in the village of Hutton is currently closed to service 126 until further notice due to a landslide. The closure is for unknown duration and when details have been confirmed the web page will be updated.
Service 126 heading towards Wells will divert via Moor Lane, Moor Croft Road, Vereland Road resuming normal route at Hutton Hill (Part unaffected),
Service 126 heading towards Weston will operate the reverse of the above.
