Our EV charging network offers several key advantages over public charging facilities:

  • High Availability and Uptime: Our chargers must be available to support heavy-duty bus use every night, so we have the necessary maintenance support to ensure maximum uptime for our fleet.  You too can benefit from this enhanced reliability over the public charging networks.
  • Rapid Charging: Large grid connections installed to support our bus fleet mean we deliver the speeds you expect. With up to 360 kW charging speeds, commercial vans can typically achieve a full charge in under 30 minutes. 
  • Flexible Infrastructure: We charge 12 metre rigid body vehicles every night. Our large bays and long cables accommodate a variety of vehicles, including eHGVs in most locations.
  • Secure Facilities: Access to most of our charging sites is restricted to pre-approved parties, ensuring the safety and security of your vehicles.  Discreet charging away from the gaze of the general public and welfare facilities for your staff.
  • Convenient Payment Options: We offer a variety of payment methods to suit your needs.

Bristol (BS4 1UL), Basildon (SS16 5GJ), Fullwell (TW2 5NX), Minehead (TA24 5BY), Taunton (TA1 2EH) and Weston-super-Mare (BS23 3XP) will be will be live during 2025.

Current live sites are - Aberdeen (AB24 5RP), Glasgow City Centre (G42 7BH), Hoeford (PO16 0ST), Leeds (LS13 4LD), Leicester (LE4 0DA), Newquay (TR8 5DR), Norwich (NR7 8SQ), Scotstoun (G14 0AP), York (YO10 3WW).

First Charge is available to the general public at our Glasgow Caledonia Depot and Summercourt Depot, details below.

Glasgow Superhub

Welcome to the Glasgow Superhub, the largest of its kind in Scotland. Featuring 34 ultra-rapid chargers (up to 150 kW), it is now open to the public, offering fast and reliable charging for all electric vehicles.

Access the Superhub via the South Gate entrance, directly opposite Costa Coffee. Our on-site host is available to welcome and assist you.  Our opening hours at 0900 to 1630, Monday to Friday.

Welcome to the Summercourt Hub, featuring 8 ultra-rapid chargers (up to 150 kW), it is now open to the public, offering fast and reliable charging for all electric vehicles.
