Remembrance weekend road closures

  • Stone Armistice Day Saturday 11th November. During the period of 10:50 and 11:20 we will not be able to serve Stone on trips heading towards Hanley. This will only affect the 101 service. The bus will divert via the A34.
  • Lawton Road in Alsager Sunday 12th November. We will be diverting away from Alsager until 14:00 until 15:30. There will be no bus service inbound or outbound between Lawton Arms pub Church Lawton and Hassel Road Alsager, during these times. This will affect the 3 service in the Hanley and Crewe direction.
  • Burslem Town Centre Sunday 12th November 10:00 until 11:30. There will be no service inbound or outbound from Swan Bank or Wedgwood Street. This will affect 3/3a in the Tunstall and Hanley direction.
  • Market Sq and Delamere Street Crewe Sunday 12th November 10:00 until 13:00. There will be a Parade passing through. This shouldn’t cause much disruption to passengers .Affecting service 3 in the Crewe and Hanley direction.
  • Stafford Street and Albion Street Hanley Sunday 12th November 10:30 until 11:30. During this time buses won’t be coming into Stafford Street when heading into Hanley Town Centre. Outbound buses won’t be affected. This will affect 3/3a in the Hanley direction and 4/4a in the Hanley direction.
