We want to hear from you!

We have recently made some changes to some of our services across the network including introducing new routes, more evening journeys and timetable changes to improve punctuality. Details can be viewed here 

If you've got a minute or two, we'd really appreciate it if you too can tell us how we’re doing. We're working hard to give you the best bus service possible, so let us know what we're doing well or if there's something not quite right.

We can’t respond personally to all comments, but rest assured we’ll read all your comments and take them on board.  Your views really matter, so please complete the form and share the good, and the not so good stuff - we’re all ears.

We'd like to tell you about our Apps, changes to our Bus services, and of course to let you know about exclusive offers from us and selected 3rd parties. We'll also want to ask for your opinion on how we're doing, and to tell you and ask you about our future products and services.
